I am very passionate about teaching and sharing teaching resources. I developed a one-day lesson for a graduate Plant Genomics course on identifying structural variants (SVs) using short- and long-read sequencing. The lecture and class activity materials are all available on my GitHub here.

I am currently developing additional resources for introducing undergraduate students to bioinformatics. I will be sure to upload those new resources to GitHub and link them on this page as they become available. As someone that learned bioinformatics late in my education, I love being able to share these resources.
